Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Recruit4Me. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Recruit4Me website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are using our Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration and Account Information

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. When registering for an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Security

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information, including your password.

4. User Content

4.1 Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for any content, including but not limited to profiles, resumes, cover letters, and communications, that you submit, post, or display on or through our Services ("User Content").

4.2 License to User Content

By submitting User Content to our Services, you grant Recruit4Me a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise use the User Content for the purposes of operating, providing, and improving the Services. This license is limited to the specific purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy and subject to your explicit consent where required by applicable laws, including the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

4.3 Content Restrictions

You agree not to post, upload, or share User Content that:

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringes upon or violates the intellectual property rights of any third party
  • Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Is false, misleading, or deceptive
  • Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or offensive
  • Promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment, or harm against any individual or group
  • Is violent or threatening or promotes violence or actions that are threatening to any person or entity

5. Recruit4Me Services

5.1 Job Listings and Applications

Recruit4Me provides a platform for employers to post job listings and for job seekers to apply for positions. We do not guarantee that any job seeker will receive job offers or that any employer will find suitable candidates through our Services. Information sharing between job seekers and employers will only occur with explicit consent in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

5.2 Assessment Services

Our Services may include automated assessment tools to evaluate job applicants. While we strive to provide accurate and fair assessments, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any assessment results.

5.3 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.

6. Prohibited Activities

In connection with your use of the Services, you agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any other systems or networks connected to the Services
  • Use any automated means, including bots, scrapers, or spiders, to access the Services or collect any information from the Services
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
  • Bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Services
  • Engage in any behavior that is harmful, offensive, intimidating, or abusive to other users or our staff

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Recruit4Me Intellectual Property

The Services and all content and materials included on the Services, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the property of Recruit4Me or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Recruit4Me grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL RECRUIT4ME, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Recruit4Me, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of California, in each case located in the City of San Francisco.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services, with or without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

13. General Terms

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Recruit4Me regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

13.2 Waiver and Severability

No waiver by Recruit4Me of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Recruit4Me to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
